If Something’s Not Quite Right
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it. You can email us at Molly@mollyscottage.com.au, and we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind
Because many of our items are handmade or curated in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
A Note on Shipping
