Gift card

The care package was delivered and greatly appreciated by the recipient. However the gift card was empty so the recipient had no idea who had sent it. When ordering online I completed the details of the gift card - not sure why this wasn’t received. Disappointed that I wasn’t contacted to question this before the package was sent.
